Considering the current situation, all shipments for orders received would be carried out after complete lifting of the lockdown conditions.
We have shipping arrangements with India Post. We would be using one of their services for the delivery of the ordered items to your doorstep. As India Post has a wide reach, we can serve customers in remotest locations too. Shipping would be adhering to set guidelines of Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India.
Please note the shipping process starts only when the amount in full is received. Unfortunately, we do not have Cash On Delivery facility. Only domestic (within India) orders would be serviced.
Delivery shall be generally carried out within 10 Business Days from the date of consignment booking. However in case of unlikely and unfortunate event of occurrence beyond human control (like natural calamity, cyclone, flooding, earthquake, landslide, volcanic erruption, tsunami, etc), enemies of the Government of India, wars, revolution, embargo, riots, civil or political disturbances, strikes, lock-outs, stoppages of labour, restraint imposed by the Government, municipality, legislature or any other authority or any other cause beyond our control, there could be failure or delay in delivery. It is also subject to conditions of carriage of India Post.
Our liability ceases as soon as the consignment is handed over to India Post. Transit insurance and any other transit related damages or expenses are to be borne by the buyer. Rates are Ex Our Visakhaptnam Warehouse. We would only be facilitating transportation through our delivery partner by bearing the basic freight amount.
